There have been many flashes over the years like jay Garrick, Barry Allen, wally west and Bart Allen so if you asked me who is my favorite flash I could not give an answer because they are all so amazing currently the most commonly known flash is Barry Allen as he has his own tv show that started on 7th October 2014 and still continues to be so amazing in 2016 as the show is getting more and more popular. The original flash is Jay Garrick and his adventures started on 1940 and is still remembered by us major geeks that have too much free time. there have also been some flash wannabees like Jesse quick, Impetus, Max Mercury and more.
Jay Garrick (The First Flash)
Jay Garrick is the first flash he first appeared in 1940 created by Gardner Fox and Harry Lampert.Jay is from one of the 52 DC comic universes, he is from earth 2.
He started when one of his dry ice experiments spills and puts him in the hospital then a few weeks later he wakes up beings able to run faster than the speed of light later on the love of his life asked him to use his speed to help their team to win a sports game. then a drive by shooter tried to kill her and he saved her life and then they fell in love.
Barry Allen (The Second Flash)
Barry Allen stated his adventures in 1956 created by Robert Kanigher and Carmine Infantino.
Barry is from one of the 52 DC universes, he is from earth 1.
Barrys adventures start when the star labs particle accelerator explodes and give birth to new and unknown things as it changes people into what they call Meda-humans who terrorise the city so barry makes it his duty to protech the city from them.
